Apples are a great package, they're full of vitaminC, which we know is a powerful antioxidant, are a good source of dietary fibre and have a low GI, so provide lasting energy."
According to experts, eating apples as nature intended - skin and all - is best for boosting your intake of the vitamins and nutrients that they're renowned for. Like many vegetable, the skin is where a lot of the nutrients are concentrated. Infact, a study released last year by Cornell University in New York found that apple's peel contains at least a dozen compounds - called triterpenoids - that either inhibit or kill cancer cells.

1 avocado
1 tablespoon finely chopped spanish onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 to2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil
Lettuce
Wheat Crackers
Method:
Mash avocado in bowl. Blend in oinion, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Serve on Lettuce with crisp wheat crackers.
Makes 1 to 2 servings

Tai chi is an ancient, Chinese martial art form that is practiced around the world as a type of gentle exercise. It involves smooth, flowing movements to help improve the flow of life energy, or Qi (pronounced 'chee'), through your body. This is said to help create a sense of relaxation and improve or maintain health. Tai chi is sometimes referred to as "moving meditation"—practitioners move their bodies slowly, gently, and with awareness, while breathing deeply.
The term "tai chi" (shortened from "tai chi chuan") has been translated in various ways, such as "internal martial art" and "supreme ultimate fist." It is sometimes called "taiji" or "taijiquan."
Tai chi incorporates the Chinese concepts of yin and yang (opposing forces within the body) and qi (a vital energy or life force). Practicing tai chi is said to support a healthy balance of yin and yang, thereby aiding the flow of qi.
