1 tablespoon finely chopped spanish onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 to2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil

Method:
Mash avocado in bowl. Blend in oinion, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Serve on Lettuce with crisp wheat crackers.
