Muesli Cookies

Ingredients:
1 Cup Self Raising Flour
1  Cup Toasted Muesli
1  Cup Sultanas
3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
125g Butter, melted
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1tbsp Honey

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190oC or 170oC fan.  Line two baking trays with baking paper.
2. Place dry ingredents in a large bowl and toss to combine.  Combine butter, egg and honey and add to the dry ingredients.  Mix well.
3. Drop 2 tbsp of mixture onto prepared trays.  Press lightly with the back of a fork.  Bake for 10-12 mins, until golden.  Cool on trays before storing in an airtight container.
