French Green Clay Mask Recipe

Oat and Banana Face Mask
1 banana
1tsp honey
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Oatmeal
Method:
Mash a fairly large banana with honey and add oatmeal. You can use oatmeal as is, or grind it so it becomes a powder. The mixture should be thick and if it is too runny, add more oatmeal. Put the mask on your face and neck (avoid the eye area) and leave for about 20 minutes. Remove the mask with a wash cloth and rinse off with warm water.

2. Add onion and garlic to wok and stir-fry until onion softens. Add shitake musrooms and stir-fry until tender. Add gai lan, oyster mushrooms, sauce and the water and stir-fry ntil vegetable are tender.
3. Remove from heat and toss in enoki mushrooms and parsley.
Serve with Rice

1. Preheat oven to 200oC/180oC fan-forced.
2. Place each fillet on 20cm squares of baking paper or foil. Combine sauce, honey and oil in a small jug and pour mixture over fish. Top with combined carrot, onion and ginger. Gather corners of baking paper together above fish and twist to enclose securely.
3. Place parcels on oven tray and bake 15 minutes. Stand fish 5 minutes before serving topped with coriander.
Serve with steamed rice.

Do a test patch on your arm before applying to your face.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Self Raising Flour1 Cup Toasted Muesli
1 Cup Sultanas
3/4 Cup Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
125g Butter, melted
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1tbsp Honey
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190oC or 170oC fan. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
2. Place dry ingredents in a large bowl and toss to combine. Combine butter, egg and honey and add to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
3. Drop 2 tbsp of mixture onto prepared trays. Press lightly with the back of a fork. Bake for 10-12 mins, until golden. Cool on trays before storing in an airtight container.

Thyroid cancer patients with papillary or follicular thyroid cancer often receive a dose of radioactive iodine (RAI) about two months after their surgery in an attempt to destroy (ablate) any remaining thyroid cells in their bodies.
